Frequently Asked Questions

You Asked, We Answered

What is a refillery?

A refillery is a store designed to help reduce waste by buying in bulk and selling products by the ounce. Making it so people can just refill their containers, instead of buying new plastic containers every month. Refilleries carry mostly soap products and cleaners,  but some also sell bulk dried good.

Why should I refill?

Why not? is the real question. The list goes on and on. First, you are doing the planet some good, and if all of us do the planet a little good then we will be doing the planet a lotta good. Shampoo bottles take an average of 450 years to biodegrade, now think about all the years those bottles wouldn't be breaking down because they weren't there in the first place. Refilling can also be a lot more cost effective, you are supporting small business instead of big corporate chains, cleaner ingredients, and it's more fun!!

Can you bring your own bottle?

Yes!! We honestly would rather people bring bottles they already have at home, because you know, less waste. But we are also more than happy to supply people with new bottles that they will be able to use for a life time!

Will you have clean products?

Yes, a huge goal of ours is to have all clean products. Meaning, no parabens, sulfates, Polyethylene Glycols, Triclosan, Formaldehyde, Synthetic Fragrances and Colors, etc. This also means that we know where are products are coming from, who is making them, and what is in all of them. We hope to learn more and help educate people not only to not use products with this stuff in them but also why they are bad.

Do You sell stuff that isn't refillable?

Yes, we also sell home goods, gifts, some food items, fresh flowers, etc. While our cornerstone will always be refillable goods, the goal is to remind you of a general store. We hope to have something for everyone, and whether or not you refill yet, we will have something for you too!
